Sec. 9.
(a) To obtain express authorization for an exemption from a normal prize limit where permissible in IC 4-32.3, a qualified organization must submit a written application on a form prescribed by the commission stating the organization's name, address, telephone number, fax number, if applicable, current license number, contact person, applicable event program, and the date, time, and location of the activity at least fourteen (14) business days before the date of the activity or event.(b) The authorization to exceed the normal prize limits must be prominently displayed at the time and location of the activity.Indiana Gaming Commission; 68 IAC 21-9-9; filed 7/29/2021, 3:00 p.m.: 20210825-IR-068200466FRA
