Section 68 IAC 21-8-3 - "Bingo equipment" defined

Sec. 3.

"Bingo equipment" means all paraphernalia used to conduct bingo, including, but not limited to, the following:

(1) Random number selection equipment.

(2) Designators, such as bingo balls.

(3) Designator receptacles.

(4) Number display boards.

The term does not include audio or video equipment, which plays no part in the conduct of the game.
