Section 68 IAC 2-4-3 - Appearances; service

Sec. 3.

A petitioner may represent himself or herself or be represented by an attorney or representative who is in compliance with 68 IAC 1-6. Service shall be made in accordance with 68 IAC 1-6-4(c).
