Sec. 9.4.
(a) For purposes of subsection (b), a person has an ownership interest if the person holds an ownership interest of:(1) one percent (1%) or more of a casino licensee that is publicly traded as defined in 68 IAC 5-1-1(b)(2); or(2) any percentage in a casino licensee that is not publicly traded.
