Section 68 IAC 16-1-16 - Reports by the executive director

Sec. 16.

The executive director shall report any action he or she has taken or contemplates taking under this rule with respect to excursions and excursion schedules at the next meeting held under 68 IAC 1-2-5 or an executive session held under IC 5-14-1.5 6.1. The commission may direct the executive director to take additional or different action.
