Sec. 7.
(a) A motion to continue a hearing or deposition must be made at least ten (10) days before the hearing or deposition date unless the requesting party can show good cause.(b) Continuances may be granted by the administrative law judge upon a showing of good cause.(c) The administrative law judge may order a continuance of a hearing on the administrative law judge's own initiative.
