Section 68 IAC 13-2-4 - Appearances; service

Sec. 4.

A respondent may:

(1) represent himself or herself; or

(2) be represented by an attorney or duly authorized representative under IC 4-21.5-3-15.

Service of appearances must be made in accordance with IC 4-21.5-3-1.
