Section 68 IAC 11-7-5 - Records

Sec. 5.

The casino licensee shall do the following:

(1) Maintain the records required by this rule for a minimum of one (1) year.

(2) Allow the commission access to or copies of the records maintained under this rule upon request by the commission.
