Section 68 IAC 10-9-10 - Player touching cards

Sec. 10.

(a) The riverboat licensee may allow the players to touch or hold, or both, the cards dealt to a player.

(b) Only the dealer and the player to whom the cards have been dealt may touch that player's cards.

(c) A player may not touch the cards with the player's person or any instrument in any manner that would alter, mark, bend, or otherwise allow any card to be distinguished from any other card.
