Sec. 6.
(a) If the dealer spins the ball in the same direction as the rotation of the wheel, the dealer shall announce "No spin" and shall attempt to remove the ball from the wheel prior to its coming to rest in one (1) of the compartments.(b) If the roulette ball does not complete four (4) revolutions around the track of the roulette wheel, the dealer shall announce "No spin" and shall attempt to remove the roulette ball from the wheel prior to the ball coming to rest in one (1) of the compartments.(c) If the roulette ball leaves the surface area of the roulette wheel, the dealer shall announce "No spin" and shall retrieve the roulette ball. If the roulette ball is damaged, it shall be removed from play and replaced with an undamaged roulette ball.(d) If a foreign object enters the roulette wheel prior to the roulette ball coming to rest, the dealer shall announce "No spin" and shall attempt to remove the roulette ball from the roulette wheel prior to its coming to rest in one (1) of the compartments.
