Sec. 5.
(a) Winning wagers must be paid at odds of at least one (1) to one (1).(b) The winning wager for a blackjack must be paid at odds of at least three (3) to two (2).(c) All winning insurance wagers must be paid at odds of at least two (2) to one (1).(d) All winning even money wagers must be paid at odds of at least one (1) to one (1).(e) Promotional wagers must be paid at odds approved by the executive director.
