Section 68 IAC 1-4-6 - Due diligence

Sec. 6.

The casino licensee or casino license applicant shall perform due diligence to ensure that each person that the casino licensee or casino license applicant enters into a contract or transaction with meets the requirements set forth in IC 4-33-7-3 and 68 IAC 2-2.
