Section 68 IAC 1-2-8 - Exceptions to executive director's authority

Sec. 8.

The authority granted in section 7 of this rule shall not extend to any action which the commission has:

(1) previously considered and specifically rejected; or

(2) provided contrary directions to the executive director.
