Section 68 IAC 1-2-5 - Commission meetings

Sec. 5.

The commission shall hold its meetings in accordance with the Indiana Open Door Law, IC 5-14-1.5, and notice of the meetings shall be posted at the:

(1) main offices of the commission; and

(2) when possible, offices of the commission maintained at the casinos.
