Section 68 IAC 1-12-6 - Records

Sec. 6.

The casino licensee shall do the following:

(1) Maintain the records required by this rule for a minimum of one (1) year.

(2) Allow the commission, upon request, to have access to or copies of the records maintained under this rule.
