Section 68 IAC 1-11-1 - General provisions

Sec. 1.

(a) This rule applies to casino licensees.

(b) For purposes of this rule, all areas of a casino shall be considered an area where gambling is being conducted.

(c) A person under twenty-one (21) years of age shall not be present in a casino.
