Section 68 IAC 1-1-79 - "Riverboat gambling operation" defined

Sec. 79.

"Riverboat gambling operation" means the conducting of gaming and all related activities, including, without limitation, the purveying of food, beverages, retail goods and services, and transportation on a riverboat and at its support facilities.
