Section 68 IAC 1-1-55 - "Junketeer" defined

Sec. 55.

"Junketeer" means a person who is compensated depending on how much a patron either wagers or loses or a determination by the casino licensee or gaming operation manager as to the potential amount a patron will wager or lose.
