Section 68 IAC 1-1-43 - "Gaming equipment or supplies" defined

Sec. 43.

"Gaming equipment or supplies" means a machine, mechanism, device, or implement that affects the result of a game by determining win or loss, including, without limitation, any of the following:

(1) Electronic gaming devices.

(2) Software.

(3) Cards.

(4) Dice.

(5) Any representative of value used with any game, including, without limitation, chips or electronic debit cards and related hardware and software.
