Section 68 IAC 1-1-41.5 - "Gaming agent" defined

Sec. 41.5.

"Gaming agent" means an individual employed by the commission under IC 4-33 who is a member of the division of gaming agents and compensated on the salary matrix prescribed in IC 4-33-4.5-5.
