Section 68 IAC 1-1-40 - "Game" defined

Sec. 40.

"Game" means a banking, wagering, gambling, or percentage game or activity that is played for chips or anything of value, including, without limitation, those played with:

(1) cards;

(2) chips;

(3) dice;

(4) implements; or

(5) electronic, electrical, or electromechanical devices or machines.
