Section 68 IAC 1-1-23 - "Debt instrument" defined

Sec. 23.

"Debt instrument" means any:

(1) bond;

(2) loan;

(3) mortgage;

(4) trust;

(5) deed (when committed in any form as collateral);

(6) note;

(7) debenture;

(8) subordination;

(9) guaranty;

(10) letter of credit;

(11) security agreement;

(12) pledge;

(13) chattel mortgage; or

(14) other form of indebtedness.
