Section 68 IAC 1-1-15 - "Chip" defined

Sec. 15.

"Chip" means a nonmetal or partly metal representative of value, redeemable for cash, and issued and sold by a riverboat licensee for use in gaming, other than in electronic gaming devices, on the licensee's riverboat or at the support facility.
