Section 68 IAC 1-1-13.5 - "Casino gambling operation" defined

Sec. 13.5.

"Casino gambling operation" means the conducting of gaming and all related activities, including, without limitation, the purveying of:

(1) food;

(2) beverages; and

(3) retail goods and services; at a casino and its support facilities.
