Section 675 IAC 31-3-11 - "Critical components" defined

Sec. 11.

"Critical components" means a component or system of components that, due to their importance in the continued proper operation of the device, have been designated by the manufacturer as requiring special:

(1) fabrication;

(2) maintenance;

(3) inspection; or

(4) operation.
