Section 675 IAC 30-4-42 - "Reinstalled boiler or unfired pressure vessel" defined

Sec. 42.

"Reinstalled boiler or unfired pressure vessel" means a boiler or unfired pressure vessel removed from its original setting and erected at the same location, or erected at a new location without change of ownership.
