Section 675 IAC 30-4-33 - "New installation" defined

Sec. 33.

"New installation" means any boiler or unfired pressure vessel installed and placed in operation after July 1, 1953, which was the effective date of the Indiana Boiler and Pressure Vessel Law and that was the first statewide requirement for boilers and unfired pressure vessels to be constructed, installed, inspected, and repaired to a standard.
