Section 675 IAC 30-4-29 - "Miniature boiler" defined

Affected: IC 22-15-6

Sec. 29.

"Miniature boiler" means any boiler that does not exceed any of the following limits:

(1) Sixteen (16) inches inside diameter of shell.

(2) Five (5) cubic feet gross volume (exclusive of casing and insulation).

(3) Twenty (20) square feet of heating surface.

(4) One hundred (100) psig MAWP.
