Sec. 5.
(a) Each of the following vessels must comply with the applicable requirements of the edition of the ASME B&PVC in effect at the time of construction, but are exempt from inspection and operating permit requirements: (1) Vessels located on a farm and used solely for agricultural purposes. (2) Boilers meeting the requirements of clauses (A), (B), (C), and (D) as follows: (A) Contain a volume less than one and one half (1 1/2) cubic feet.(B) Operate entirely full of a liquid heat transfer fluid that will not vaporize at the operating temperature and atmospheric pressure.(C) Have a gross output rating not exceeding three hundred thousand (300,000) Btus per hour.
