Section 675 IAC 26-2-5 - Application for licensure as a licensed regulated explosive use-operator

Sec. 5.

A person who takes possession of a regulated explosive in the state of Indiana for the purpose of detonation under the person's direction or control shall submit an application to become a licensed regulated explosive use-operator to the office of the state fire marshal on a form approved by the fire prevention and building safety commission and under penalty of perjury.
