Section 675 IAC 22-2.5-39 - Chapter 59; flammable solids

Sec. 39.

Chapter 59 is amended as follows:

(a) Delete Section 5901.2 without substitution.

(b) Amend Section 5906.5.5 to delete "shall be approved types and shall be approved" and insert "shall be listed".
