Section 675 IAC 20-5-1 - Water attractions, water attraction complexes; general

Sec. 1.

(a) Any new construction or alteration of a water attraction or water attraction complex shall be designed and installed as specified under this rule.
(b) Wading pools are not water attractions and shall conform to 675 IAC 20-2.
