Section 675 IAC 15-2-64 - Horizontal vent connections and grade

Sec. 64.

(a) Horizontal Vents. Each vent shall extend vertically from its fixture "T" above the extreme flood level of the fixture it is venting before offsetting horizontally or being connected with any other vent pipe. Vents for horizontal drains shall connect above the centerline of the drain piping ahead of the trap.

(b) Grade. Vents shall be designed to drain back to the drainage system by gravity.
