Sec. 24.
(a) Every mobile structure used for living or sleeping purposes shall have at least one habitable room with not less than one hundred fifty (150) square feet of gross floor area. Rooms designed for sleeping purposes shall have a minimum gross square foot floor area as follows: | One Person | 50 |
