Section 675 IAC 15-2-22 - Ceiling height

Sec. 22.

Every habitable room shall have a minimum ceiling height of not less than seven feet (7') in at least fifty percent (50%) of its required area with no portion of the required area less than five feet (5') in height. Hallways shall have a minimum ceiling height of six feet and six inches (6' 6").
