Sec. 4.
(a) In-plant inspections on an industrialized building system or mobile structure may be preformed [sic., performed] by the office of the state building commissioner or by an authorized third party inspection agency as set out in 675 IAC 15-1.5.(b) Inspection frequency shall be based upon the implementation of the manufacturer's quality control program.
