Section 675 IAC 15-1.3-11 - Seal of acceptance; damaged or missing

Sec. 11.

The office of the state building commissioner may replace a seal of acceptance if it becomes mutilated or damaged upon presentation of the following:

(1) The damaged seal.

(2) A written explanation as to how the seal of acceptance was mutilated or damaged.
