Section 675 IAC 15-1.2-2 - Design release for manufacture; requirements

Sec. 2.

It shall be unlawful for any person to commence production of an industrialized building system or mobile structure or cause the same to be done without first obtaining one (1) of the following from the office of the state building commissioner:

(1) A system design release.
(2) Prototype status.
