Section 675 IAC 12-9-8 - Permit fees

Sec. 8.

Each application for a permit or certificate covered by this rule ( 675 IAC 12-9 ) shall be accompanied by a check for the amount of the fee established in the commission's fee schedule under 675 IAC 12-3. Checks shall be made payable to the Fire and Building Services Fund.
