Section 675 IAC 12-6-17 - Conditional design releases

Sec. 17.

In order to facilitate the issuance of design releases when the plan review process finds minor omissions or minor items contrary to the rules of the commission, conditional design releases may be issued without the need for further or corrected plans and specifications being filed. Conditional design releases may be issued for all types of design releases except foundation releases. Such conditions shall be binding unless a petition for review is filed under 675 IAC 12-6-12.
