Sec. 1.
(a) The purpose of this rule is to establish administrative procedures and general provisions for the filing of plans and specifications and the issuance of design releases under IC 22-15-3.(b) This rule covers the filing of plans and specifications and the issuance of design releases for Class 1 structures.
