Section 675 IAC 12-3-10 - Fireworks retail stand permit fees

Sec. 10.

(a) An application for a fireworks retail stand permit shall be accompanied by payment to the Fire and Building Services Fund as follows:

(1) 1 to 4 retail stands	$276
(2) 5 to 10 retail stands	$552
(3) 11 to 20 retail stands	$966
(4) 21 to 50 retail stands	$1,380
plus $35 for each stand more than 50.

(b) A nonprofit corporation incorporated under IC 23-7-1.1 (before its repeal on August 1, 1991) or IC 23-17 is exempt from the fees under this section.
