Section 675 IAC 12-12-2 - Purpose

Sec. 2.

The purpose of this rule is to establish procedures for the division to administer a certification program for persons who supervise, manage, or direct underground storage tank:

(1) installation or retrofitting;

(2) testing;

(3) cathodic protection procedures; or

(4) decommissioning.
