Sec. 110.1.
(a) The minimum training standards for Wilderness Rescuer-Operations/Technician certification shall be as set out in that certain document, being titled NFPA 1670, Standard on Operations and Training for Technical Search and Rescue Incidents, Chapter 4 and Sections 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 9.2, 10.2, 10.3, and 10.4, 2009 Edition, published by NFPA, Batterymarch Park, Quincy, Massachusetts 02269, which is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this rule as if fully set out in this rule. NFPA 1500, NFPA 1521, and NFPA 1561 are: (3) referenced for information purposes only.(b) The candidate shall have been certified as a Rope Rescuer-Technician.
