Section 65 IAC 8-3-3 - Prize claimants

Sec. 3.

A prize claimant may include:

(1) an individual;

(2) a legal business association;

(3) a trust;

(4) a representative of an informal group, such as a family, club, or other organization which is not a legal entity; or

(5) a nonprofit corporation.
