Section 65 IAC 3-3-2.2 - Retailer fees

Sec. 2.2.

An applicant for:

(1) a certificate of authority;

(2) the renewal of an existing certificate of authority; or

(3) a duplicate or amended certificate of authority; shall pay a nonrefundable application fee in an amount to be determined by the director in accordance with IC 4-30-3-15.
