Sec. 6.
(a) A person promoting the purchase of lottery tickets as donations to a nonprofit corporation must obtain the prior written approval of the director in the manner and form as determined by the director.(b) The director may place restrictions or conditions on the conduct of promotional activities approved under this section or revoke approval for any reason by giving the promoter written notice of the revocation, restrictions, or conditions.
