Section 65 IAC 1-4-7 - Reporting outside employment

Sec. 7.

Employees engaged in outside employment involving compensation or any other income-generating venture must report the same to the director, or the director's designee, on such form as may be prescribed by the director. Any such employment or income-generating venture must be in compliance with all applicable ethics rules, statutes, and standards.
