Section 65 IAC 1-1-19 - Deviation from provisions

Sec. 19.

The director or the commission may approve deviations from the provisions of this title if the director or the commission determines that:

(1) the requirement or procedure is impractical or burdensome; and

(2) an alternative means of satisfying the requirement or procedure:

(A) fulfills the purpose of the rule;

(B) is in the best interests of the public and the commission; and

(C) does not violate IC 4-30 or any other law.
