Section 646 IAC 5-7-4 - Backdating, cancellation, or withdrawal of claim

Sec. 4.

Once a valid claim has been filed by an individual, during the benefit period established that individual cannot cancel, withdraw, or change the time of filing of the initial claim, a reopened claim, or an additional claim, for any purpose, other than administrative error on the part of department staff.
